The National Seafood Industry Leadership Program (NSILP) is an industry-specific program funded by Fisheries Research and Development Corporation, sponsored by ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Fish Market and facilitated by Affectus. 

Each year ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Fish Market offers scholarships for industry representatives to participate in the program.  The 2019 ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Fish Market sponsored participants were Louise Morrison (ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Fish Market human resources manager), Andrew Skelly (ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Fish Market sales development executive) Greg Finn (fisher at Pristine Waters Wild Caught) and Nikki Muñoz (office manager of Professional Fishermen’s Association).  

To conclude the program, a graduation dinner is held in Canberra to provide the industry with an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the participants.  ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Fish Market would like to congratulate former ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Fish Market general manager Bryan Skepper who was this year presented with an appreciation award for 20 years of visionary guidance and commitment to the National Seafood Industry Leadership Program.
