Each of our apartments is thoughtfully designed with an effortless flow between functional kitchens and outdoor spaces. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow light to flood in and showcase some of the most captivating ocean views in the Cayman Islands.
Each of our cleverly designed apartments come with everything you need for a comfy stay. We offer free Wi-Fi, full kitchen amenities and cable TV to help you make the most of your stay.
SUSTAINABILITY
As part of High Rock Landing, Parrot Ridge is committed to contributing to the social and environmental sustainability of Grand Cayman by respecting and protecting its native flora and wildlife. We maintain a vast majority of natural vegetation and native plants including several rare and vulnerable species.
Our high-efficiency units are designed to reduce electrical and water use. Rainwater is harvested for non-potable use and treated for irrigation.
Parrot Ridge also actively participates in the High Rock Landing's implemented recycling programs. Waste is appropriately separated and removed by the local recycling vendor. These recycled materials include plastic, paper & glass.
With this initiative, we divert around 60% of our waste from the landfill.
